Dayo Adefulu is the Strategy VP at the Coca-Cola Company for the West African Business Unit. She joined the company on October 1, 2019.
She possesses a wealth of experience from strategy, business transformation and analytics gained on the back of extensive careers at Bain and Company and JP Morgan Chase.
At Bain, Dayo focused on business unit strategy formulation, operational optimization and performance improvement across a range of industries with emphasis on alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage companies across Africa. At JP Morgan Chase, Dayo led teams that served as the interface between technology and the business and focused primarily on designing and building digital tools and applications used to optimize performance of the investment banking and trading teams at the Bank.
Dayo holds an MBA in Strategy and Management from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a B. Sc. in Computer Science and Systems (Summa Cum Laude) from Morgan State University, Baltimore.
She is passionate about mentorship, people development and fostering connections. While at Bain, she led the ‘Women at Bain’ and the ‘Connectedness’ affinity groups. She was also an active member of the Professional Development Committee for Bain Africa, providing stewardship for talent across the continent.
