She encourages women not to wait for every box to be ticked before pursuing leadership roles and emphasizes the need for more women to voice their aspirations and successes.

Marjorie Saint Lot believes that women should take proactive steps to advance in leadership roles and secure promotions at work. She emphasizes that waiting for all criteria to be met is not necessary. According to her, there is a lack of women speaking out and showcasing their leadership abilities. Women who are already in leadership positions should actively voice their accomplishments and successes to inspire other women and demonstrate that capable female leaders exist. This proactive approach can help encourage more women to aspire to leadership roles and create a more inclusive and diverse workplace culture

Looking ahead, Marjorie envisions continuing to make a positive impact, furthering her mission to empower women in tech and leadership roles. Her story serves as an inspiration and a testament to the transformative power of dedication, advocacy, and leadership in driving positive change.
