Accra, Ghana – Just4WomenAfrica is pleased to announce the appointment of Akpati Princess Ifeakachukwu as the organisation’s Business Development & Partnerships Director.
Based in Lagos, Nigeria, Princess joins the leadership team at a pivotal time in Just4WomenAfrica’s journey as the organisation continues to expand its impact across Africa, Europe, the United States, and beyond through powerful storytelling, advocacy, and women’s empowerment initiatives.
Her appointment follows the preparation of a comprehensive Growth & Funding Readiness Review for Just4WomenAfrica. The report provided strategic recommendations to strengthen the organisation’s visibility, fundraising capacity, partnership development, and long-term sustainability. The depth of her research, strategic insight, and practical recommendations demonstrated a strong understanding of the organisation’s mission and future direction.
As Business Development & Partnerships Director, Princess will lead the implementation of the report’s recommendations while driving the organisation’s business development strategy. Working remotely from Lagos, Nigeria, she will be responsible for identifying grant and funding opportunities, building strategic partnerships, engaging corporate sponsors and development organisations, strengthening donor relationships, and supporting initiatives that enhance the visibility and sustainability of Just4WomenAfrica.
