Two Women Break Barriers as They Graduate in Plumbing

On March 4, 2026, two determined women Gaisie Ampong and Anne Tetteh graduated from our Women in Plumbing Program under the Just4Women Skills Lab initiative.

Their hands-on technical training was completed at the African Centre for Technical Training, where they gained practical, industry-relevant plumbing skills that position them for employment and entrepreneurship.

Plumbing is traditionally seen as a male-dominated trade. But skill has no gender. Opportunity should have no barriers.

This milestone would not have been possible without the generous support of our partners and sponsors:

  • Integrated Legal Consultants
  • Ameyaw Debrah
  • Norvisi Sokpe Ndon
  • Cleopatra Nsiah Nketiah
  • Rain Angels
  • Patholab Medical Laboratory
  • ghanawebbers

Your belief in this vision has translated into real skills, real confidence, and real economic opportunity.

At Just4Women Skills Lab, our mission is clear: equip women especially unemployed women, young mothers, and school dropouts with practical vocational skills that lead to financial independence and dignity.

This graduation is not the end. It is the beginning.

If you or your organization would like to partner with us to sponsor the next cohort, let’s connect.
