Just4WomenAfrica, in partnership with the Business Growth Initiative for Startups (BGIS), is thrilled to spotlight 10 exceptional women entrepreneurs who are transforming industries, creating jobs, and redefining innovation across Africa.
The BGIS programme — funded by the UK-Nigeria Tech Hub, an initiative of the Digital Access Programme (DAP), and implemented by Spurt! and Ubulu Africa Development Foundation (UBDEV) — supports women-led, growth-stage ventures in Nigeria through tailored capacity building, business advisory, digital visibility, and access to networks of mentors and investors.
Through this collaboration, Just4WomenAfrica will feature the journeys of these outstanding women across YouTube, our website, and social media platforms, bringing their stories of resilience, creativity, and impact to audiences across Africa and beyond.

1. Ejide Akinbiyi — Co-Founder & CEO, MaterialsPro
Ejide is revolutionizing Africa’s construction industry with MaterialsPro, a digital procurement and logistics platform that makes sourcing and delivery of construction materials reliable, transparent, and data-driven. 2. Ngozi Nwabueze — Founder & CEO, PocketLawyers
