Established in 2015, JSA aims to empower young boys in Ghana and across Africa by addressing their unique challenges and guiding them to become ethical and responsible leaders.
Through her dedication, Ethel has impacted over 11,000 boys across multiple countries, offering mentorship and personal development training. Her work has earned her recognition as a vital advocate for boys’ development in Africa.

Empowering Boys Through Junior Shapers Africa
JSA offers annual programs tailored to boys aged 4 to 12—a critical period when children begin forming their values based on their environment. Ethel believes that every boy should leave the program with at least three core values that define their character and guide their decisions.
